Hello!
Up for sale is a very early version ZEQ25GT CEM Equatorial GOTO mount with led polar scope and GPS.

I've had this mount since new and was one of the first 10 people to receive one in the US back in early 2013 when they were first released. I can testify that this is one amazing mount and has served me well over the last 3 years flawlessly. I will regret selling my baby for it has served me well but for my new larger scope endeavor I must.

This one easily handles 20+ lbs imaging even excluding 10-15lbs of counter weights with no issues at all. Perfectly round stars at 5 minute guided exposures and above. I've gone 7-10 minutes a few times with success. Please see examples of imaging above. When properly polar and drift aligned I have gotten it to track unguided for an hour and a half with the object centered.Great great mount for everything from wide field to DSO to lunar to planetary with a C8. Check out the examples I've done with this mount above.

I've added a few mods from V5ASTRO to the mount head and tripod. A heavy duty smooth and easy adjusting machined aluminium and brass Alt adjuster, large machined aluminium tension and clutch knobs, large self leveling pads for the feet and a Teflon spacer for in-between the mount and tripod for super smooth AZ adjustments.

The mount also comes with an extra 5lbs counterweight along with the standard 10lbs that came with it new. Included is an extension bar for the counterweights which really comes in handy when balancing and trying to keep the overall weight down. This set up works fantastic with PHD even if it is breezy out. Rock steady.

Even though it did not need it I decided to install a brand new R.A. motor just so the future owner will be happy using it for many years to come. I've also purchased a brand new AC adapter for the mount as pictured and it is much better than the original. It will serve well for a good long time.

The hand controller's battery has been replaced with a brand new one and extra batteries with be included.

The mount head comes with a padded pelican case that holds the head, extension bars and counterweight as pictured.

The tripod has been taken apart and cleaned up but was set-up for years at it's low rock steady position and it does take a bit of effort to extend all the legs fully. I don't suggest this anyways for it is much steadier with them only extended out just about 12 inches or so. Two of the legs have small dents in the smaller sections from a bit of over-tightening but this does not affect the steadiness of it at all just takes a little extra effort if you do decide you want to extend the legs all the way.The dents are not visible when set low.

All in all this mount has enabled me to capture my dream and even enabled me to get published in ASTRONOMY magazine using it to capture comet ISON. Such an amazing thing!

$650 shipped with everything pictured within the continental USA. I will ship in 3 separate boxes to ensure everything arrives safe. Paypal is preferred. If you don't like using friends and family method I'll need the Paypal fees covered as well.Feel free to message me with any questions you may have.

All the best and Look up!
