Selling a hard to find Losmandy HGM 200 mount and tripod.
This is a big mount capable of handing 150# of payload. The RA gear is a 9" and the dec gear is a 5.625".
The head can be split apart for easy transportation.
It currently has the Losmandy 492 digital tracking and has digital setting circles with the proper encoder cable. A Sky Commander is included as well.
A Gemini system can be direct fitted for full goto capabilities.
The threaded counterweight bar is stainless and 1½ in diameter. I added a stainless extension that can be removed. The counterweights slide over both very easily.
5 - 20# weights are included, as is the original polar finder and bracket.
The mount is in excellent condition and like all Losmandy mounts, is a pleasure to use.
I have included an image of the HGM 200 beside a G11 to give you a sense of the size of the mount head.
I also have a custom built cart that holds all the pieces when taken apart. There is also a large Losmandy MA if you choose to permanently mount it.
It is a little bigger than my AP1200.
I'm selling it only because my plans and usage of the mount have changed.
