This Mitty Evolution Heavy Duty Equatorial Wedge, which is in excellent condition, is the best in its class designed for Meade LX 200, LX200R and RCX400 up to 14" telescopes. It can be drilled to accommodate Celestron hole pattern and other large SCT scopes. The Mitty Evolution Wedge is a sturdy, expertly machined equatorial wedge. Crafted from aluminum, brass and stainless steel, the Mitty Evolution Wedge employs a Simpson Notch with a ramped entry for the top bolt when mounting the scope, along with a Edwards Six-Shooter style Hand Wheels with integrated hubs and Captive Latitude Control Assembly using precision thrust bearings. Weight is approximately 35 lbs. and will provide the ultimate in support for your SCT.
