Parks Optical Superior Equatorial Mount pier segment

I recently had my Parks Optical Superior Equatorial Mount pier cut down so it could be
welded to a plate for the top of a concrete pier.  I have a left-over segment that's 2.5"
less than the one I needed.

It weights 14.7 lbs, outside diameter just shy of 6 5/8", wall thickness 1/4", and length 11".
Finish is matte black.  It has holes machined to accommodate the 3 caster legs that
I sold a few years ago.
