Six (6) vintage telescopes for sale as a lot only. Various states of condition and completeness.
$350, cash only, price firm, cash and carry.
Referencing the first photo, in back in wood box is a 76.2mm/910mm Lafayette, made in Japan, Unfortunately with chips in both elements of the doublet objective (though it views fine). No eyepieces.
Second wood box has a nice blue Sears Discoverer model 4-6333-A, 60mm/900mm, two eyepieces, working, nice views, made in Japan.
Front wood box is an Atco (Japan) 60mm/700mm with good glass but the .965" eyepiece holder is broken and there may be some other issues, been a while since I tried to assemble and use it.
On the right in the first photo (no box) is a Towa (Japan) 80mm/1200mm refractor with mount and tripod. OTA is fine, excellent views, but the mount is messed up, some sort of odd modification made to it. No eyepieces.
Further is an Eddie Bauer 76mm reflector kit and a 60mm "Marfield" refractor with built-in zoom eyepiece, 15x to 60x. The Marfield works surprisingly well at 60x (excellent for Moon viewing), softens towards 20x. Eddier Bauer is untested but cute.
Sold as a lot only, $350 cash, local pickup in the Sacramento/Grass Valley only, maybe in the San Francisco Bay Area by arrangememnt and at my convenience.
