Still time to order and arrive for Christmas, or those cold winter nights when it's cloudy or too frigid to observe. Get a copy of my CD-ROM "Celestron The Early Years," The largest and most unusual text of material relating to SCTs you will ever find.

Over 1700 pages, many with full-color illustrations
Detailed descriptions of early and middle-year Celestrons
Collimation and performance secrets right from the factory opticians
Blueprints, technical reports, and publications available nowhere else
In-depth interviews with 18 Celestron opticians and engineers
Trade secrets and descriptions of hand-figuring optics
Fully authorized and approved by Celestron
Highly endorsed by Rod Mollise ("Mr. SCT") Dennis DiCicco of S&T

I usually run an ad with a big write-up of user remarks, but I'm going to keep it simple this time. (If you want to see a big ad, search for #534245) Check my ratings and look at feedback from those who have purchased one. A usual remark is "Why did I wait so long to get one?"

The cost of the CD ROM is $39.95 shipped. It only requires Acrobat 4.0 or higher to view on any computer.

I also have a few copies in B&W 5x8 for sale, but they're not cheap. Softcovers are $109 shipped and Hardcovers are $159 shipped. They're huge, heavy books, nearly 6 inches thick! If you don't like the hassle of a CD ROM and want a printed book, but can't shell out the bucks, make me an interesting trade offer!

Some of you have previously responded to my ads, but when I try and reply to you, your email bounces back. Did you change email accounts since you registered with Astromart? If you write me and I don't respond, check your Astromart inbox, as I will try to reply there. You may also contact me that way as well.
Feel free to ask any questions. I'll answer whatever you may ask. Happy holidays and clear skies, Bob Piekiel
