I have a "Classic Celestron 8" for sale. Based on new information available to me, this scope is the "Super 8" model manufactured during the 1984-1985 time frame. It belonged to a friend who let me use it to view the night sky and then, after the friend died, was given to me by her children. It features Starbright Coatings and includes the OTA, front dust cover, AC-powered fork mount, power cord, visual back, Celestron wedge & tripod and the following accessories:
