serial # is F 3904 BB, made around 1989,, the scope is in very good condition minus the slight wear on the right side Questar name tag due to using the focus knob,, see photo,, optics are very clean,,

included Brandon 24mm eyepiece, Tele Vue eyepiece adapter so all 1 1/4" eyepieces fit, Pelican case and the axial port coupler,,
