This mirror is from Parks Optical. It was made in 2005 and is in great shape.
I had planned to build a 'scope around it, but that hasn't happened, and I need to make room. I bought it on A-mart a bit over a year ago. Here is a quote from the ad...
"This mirror's optics as with all Parks is wonderful with crisp, perfect defraction patterns on either side of focus. Coatings are excellent. I have the Parks certificate and the mirror has the Parks decal on the back."
Includes everything, above plus the original receipt.
I think if you're looking for a good mirror in this size range, this one should make you very happy.
