I have for sale a 12in/305mm Ritchey Chretien mirror set that's never been used.
I originally bought the mirror set from TS-Optics with the intention of building a homemade RC astrograph well over a year ago. However, life has gotten in the way and I've had no time to even use the scopes I currently have let alone build a new one. So rather than have this take up space in my basement for the next decade I'd rather sell it and let someone else put it to good use. The set includes the primary and secondary mirror, packed in its original boxes.
The primary mirror isn't perfect; it has some small chips on the inner ring of the mirror and on the very outer edge but these are locations that would be masked anyway. Given that it's a fully annealed quartz mirror I wouldn't expect any measurable influence on the performance of the mirror. The secondary is perfectly ok. I can provide more photos of the blemishes that are higher resolution than I can upload here.
