16” f/5 Zambuto OTA: New and Unused. Assembled with the finest available components. As you may know, Zambuto optics is out of business (retired) and they are no longer available. My price is firm.

- OTA assembled by a very experienced astronomer (NO ‘extra’ holes or errors)
- Zambuto mirror with 29mm edge thickness (+$795) for faster cool down
- Carbon fiber tube has a beautiful flat black interior
- Total weight of the telescope is only ~63 pounds
- Includes the original carbon fiber tube shipping crate that I saved for transport
- Indoor visual tests reflect the superlative quaity of the optics.

The 16-inch f/5 was designed to be an excellent planetary telescope but is equally suited to high resolution deep sky imaging. Each component was chosen with quality in mind. Pickup is preferred and will have to be arranged.
The scope is currently covered and stored in a climate controlled location.
