Designed by Dave Kriege; Primary mirror by John Hudek, Galaxy Optics; recoated by Ostahowski Optics in April 2026.
Quartz Secondary mirror made by Ostahowski Optics 2026.
Telescope includes hat box for upper cage storage.
AstroSystems dew heater on secondary and cover for secondary when not in use.
Struts have foam covered - insulation over poles.
Original Shroud attached with shock cord, in very good condition.
AstroSystems cover fits the assembled scope.

Argo Navis and Servocat Drive; AstroSystems serviced prior to 2019.

Telescope is sold with Wells Cargo trailer with ramp access. Trailer has been used to safely haul the Obsession telescope throughout Colorado, from mountains to plains. Currently the Obsession 25” telescope and trailer are in Washington state.
Telescope has been used for many years from star parties (RMNP) to individual observing. The optics are excellent; the wood frame is in good condition.
Note: Pictures of the mirror in the telescope were taken prior to recoating surface. Mirror is currently covered and boxed for transport.
