I inhereted this scope and I've used it on occasion for solar and lunar viewing. It's a great starter scope for switching between visual and EAA, or photography without having to make light train configuration changes.
Just throw the built-in flip mirror, re-focus (as necessary), and you're good to go!
It also includes a free white light solar filter which I don't have any other use for at the moment.
