items does have a 25lb counterweight.
items are located in west palm beach Florida 33411. Listing as local pickup, but you can check USHIP for shipping costs to your location.
I acquired this from a storage unit from an avid astronomer (he had several telescopes and lenses that I have already sold). I just didn't sell this one because of the size.
It looks to be in good physical condition, but I'm no expert. So l am selling as is because there is no way for me to analyze this item.
The manual says the Meade 152ED uses the LXD700. The box that I have says LXD700 but inside the item says LXD750.
I will post as many pictures as it lets me. ! Feel free to ask for any specific ones you want to see.
