Stellarvue SVQ100 100mm Refractor with Optional Matched Autofocuser

Up for sale is my original owner Stellarvue SVQ100 refractor. A 4 element astrograph, with a fully corrected full frame image circle (although I have only ever used it with 4/3rds or APS-C sized sensors). The scope is 100mm aperture and f/5.8, yielding a 580mm focal length. It has been used for almost all of my imaging for a number of years with great results, but I have recently decided to go with something a little wider and faster. The scope has about 150mm of backfocus with the focuser near midtravel, and like a Petzval, the backfocus spacing is not critical, as the scope only comes to focus at the proper spacing, so you have lots of flexibility is adding accessories into the image train on this scope. The scope comes with the original Stellarvue supplied adapters, rings and custom case, and I will also include some risers and custom Losmandy-style plates if you wish. The scope has a fair amount of dust on the objective, but no scratches or permanent blemishes if any kind.

There is also an optionally included excellent Optec Thirdlynx SVX30 autofocuser (shown mounted to the scope in the images) that I will add in for an additional $225 if you are interested. It is specifically designed for the 3 inch Stellarvue focuser that is on the scope and has performed flawlessly for years. It is a very convenient unit as it does not require a separate control box and has a clutch to disengage it to allow for switching to manual focus without removing the unit. I will have to try to track down the original knob for the focuser if you do not want the autofocuser - I think it is here somewhere
