TEC 140 - SALE PENDING

I am sadly putting up my Tec 140 F7  up for sale as health issues are forcing us to move and downsize.  I am the original owner and purchased the scope in 2012.  The serial number is 519.  It is in very good condition with just a few nicks on the telescope tube and a little dust on the optics. There is also a spec of dirt or dust on the inside of the objective (see photo).  This has no discernable effect on optical performance, but there is no way to clean it short of removing the objective lens.  Even though I have used the scope primarily for astrophotography, the planets and many deep sky objects are stunning and tack sharp when viewed visually.  I added the Starlight FeatherTouch MicroTouch Autofocuser assembly to the Feather Touch 3545 focuser that came with the mount (See photo).  This includes the hand controller that is used to adjust focus and provide digital readouts of focus position.  I am also including the coarse and fine adjustment knobs that came with the focuser which could be used to return the scope to manual focusing mode.  I purchased the accessory field flattener when I first purchased the scope and added the f6.3 reducer corrector in 2021.
