Unitron 131-C 75mm Folded Refractor - Reduced to $950

This telescope is being sold by its second owner since new. The first owner was a Unitron dealer who kept the scope for several years before selling it in the late 80s. It is in very good condition, and includes all the accessories that came with it, plus some extras. Included with tube assembly and mount are 5 eyepieces, erecting prism for terrestrial viewing, solar projection assembly,  .965 and 1-1/4" visual back adapter and tube assembly wood carry case. I am also adding in a Unihex adapter, which is not pictured, and the price is now reduced to $950. 

I feel the scope will need a few things to be considered excellent, but the scope is fully functional as is, and has been star tested after collimation. Here are the main caveats: There are some coating flecks on the outer surface of the objective, which are pictured. The image should not be affected at all, but the flecks are visible when you look at the front of the scope. Eyepieces and Unihex prism have not been cleaned, and were not tested. There is a thumbnut missing from the solar projection rod clamp (also pictured), but these are fairly available as they are somewhat generic. The tripod legs, wood storage box and eyepiece tray would benefit from repainting and/or refinishing. The plastic right ascension clutch knob (three prong type) is missing two of its prongs, and three of the the shafts could stand some straightening as they have slight runout, however all four shafts (RA and Dec clutch and slo-mo) are functional with no binding.  The RA worm and wheel assembly are fine and a drive motor can be attached if desired.  

The scope will need to be shipped in three boxes. Everything is well packed and ready to go. Interested parties can give their zip code and I will get estimates.
