This is a true Ritchey Chrétien optical system
Secondary = 9 inches
Primary = 24 inches
Spacing = 50 inches
F ratio = 8
Willing to trade for somthing.
The primary is cellular with a solid outer core and solid inner core.
The primary only weighs 58 pounds.
This optical set has found hundreds of supernovae over the years in my supernova search.
Optics were tested prior to sale.
The new Interferogram is attached.
This would offer someone the ability to get a new project started rapidly and avoid the 2 year wait for the optics.
NOTE: I have lots of extras I can give to the buyer for free such as the movable secondary assembly, spider vanes, Byers gears and lots of other extras. Also willing to consult on building a mount and completing the OTA.
The buyer would pay for crating and shipping or can pick up in person.
After 42 plus years, I have retired from astronomy as a job and as a hobby and no longer have any need for astronomy gear.
