Why!!! Every time I try to put a saved image from my IPad it always is inverted!

Its an encoding thing.....pull the image up in an editor 1st and then save it. should clear up the issue.
Also when you save a post refresh the screen instead of saving 5 more times

It happens quite a bit here.....its done it with me as well. I click save and it appears nothing happens. Then I click save again only to find there are now 2 copies. Soon as I noticed what was happening I tried refreshing the page after clicking save and found even though the system didnt respond it has already saved the message.
