COMPLAINT INFORMATION:

Unwarranted cancellation of account - I buy and sell items on a website (astromart.com)
maintained by this company. In order to do this I had to
provide an e-mail address. I originally registered using
an e-mail address from the online service MSN.com. I
maintain an \''on-line\'' e-mail address mostly because I
moved a lot and needed to have the same address but also
because my current ISP does not provide e-mail services to
its customers. For various reasons I had decided to
change from using MSN e-mail to Yahoo. Doing this
necessitated a change to my registered address with
Astromart. Turns out that these \''anonymous\'' accounts are
not allowed anymore. I sent an e-mail to the webmaster
asking if there was some way I could be allowed to use my
Yahoo address. The reply was simply no. I sent 2 follow up
e-mails attempting to further clarify but no response was
received. I discovered yesterday that my account had been
disabled without notice thus preventing potential buyers
from contacting me.
