As a final note, as I don't expect a response nor do I care at this point, I will post this email along with the others on my site and relay the experience to my fellow club members. They make their own judgements and decide whether to continue buying from you.

In the future emails to me complaining I am not helping you and not responding and now even though you say you have never bought from ATWB and now you never will would have more impact if:
1) when I do a search of all our data bases with the email you used to contact me this time showed you ever had an account or sent me any other email - ever
2) if you supplied me with your name
3) if you would tell me what your issue is
Sorry - I cannot rectify the problem if I don't know what it is and who I am conversing with.
