Dear Herb or Support persons,

For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to login to my
astromart account "mlinnolt". It still doesn't work. I
have sent several emails requesting help with this,
but I have not received any replies at all! It appears
my emails must be getting through, because I have not
received any delayed or failed transmission messages.
Alos, I have tried re-activating or re-applying for my
account through the website, but that has not worked
either. I have not received any emails regarding
activating my account.

This is really beginning to bother me. Are you so
hopelessly backed up with emails, you havent the time
to even respond in 2 weeks??? Also, I made a phone
call to you last week, and asked the operator to leave
my callback number. Nobody ever called me, either.

The website seems active, I see new listings every
day, so it appears things are working, but as far as
my account goes, it seems to have disappeared without
a trace and all my inquiries are falling into a "black
hole".

If this email is getting through to someone at
astromart, could you *PLEASE* acknowledge receipt and
investigate what is going on with my account.

Your prompt attention to this matter is very much
requested.
