PM on an Ad Feels Shady...

Recently got a PM on an old ad I put out for a modified camera needing some TLC.  User requested correspondence via an alternate email, wanted to pay in cash, and meet in-person.

But their profile indicates they live across the country and go by a different name.  Their post history is negligible and vague ("explain astronomy" seriously?), they joined last August as a free account and only have that one weird thread for activity...  they tried selling an expensive scope through that random post.  And they have no other posts, ads, etc. that I could find.

Lastly, an internet search for their profile email address points to all sorts of other random sites selling stuff from phones to electronics to cameras to metal detectors to horse supplements.  And not just in the US, but also Singapore.  The whole thing just feels shady...  Is there a way to report this user?

Thanks.  They've already deleted the PM they sent to me.  (I still have my email copy.)  I'm also notifying their alternate email provider about this.

EDIT:  Their profile is also completely gone, now.  Good riddance...
