No rating yet and beginner intimidation

I remember getting my first rating - Wow! now I was an Astromarter ! I also remember facing a purchase without knowing any thing at all about the seller, I fabricated some email questions as a test to see if I could feel out the seller. Ultimately I ask for a phone number and the best time to call and talk. I found a friendly amatuer astronomer who spoke my language (scope) at the other end of the line. I believe that getting a phone number is a good tool to use if your not sure of the other person or its a big bucks to you transaction. I have had at least three different transactions with someone who was not rated yet and in each case gave them their first 5 star rating. I wonder if there isn't a need for an introduction to Astromarts rating system and suggested use of all five stars. Also a suggestion or two on what to watch out for, such as fast changes in account use style or the various scams that most of us are familiar with but the newcomer might not be.
