How do I post a classified?

What am I missing? I log in, go to My Account > My Classifieds. I see classifieds I have placed in the past, (years ago) but I do not see any option for posting a new one. My "purple" account is current.

I dont recall there ever being an option to post a new classified on that page. Forget "My account"....open the general classified page and look at the top left of the screen in the list of options. (on a computer).
