If you have actually completed a transaction with a seller open your "My account" page (link at the top right of a computer screen, dunno about a phone screen). The ratings system is only meant for when you actually complete a transaction or if perhaps a transaction went wrong and you have a valid problem with the seller.

Scroll down until you see "* Ratings" then click on "Unused Ratings" it should be self explanatory from there. I think there may also be an option on the actual Ad page for the item as well assuming the seller has marked it SOLD but not positive.

Once you respond to a seller's ad you are able to leave feedback.  The system will give you a direct link to leave feedback if you click on the person's user name to get to their public profile. 

Thanks for the help. However I purchased from a member-seller last week and now I can't find a place to post a rating. The profile doesn't have a place to write a rating. (Ad #463077). Michael

His profile or yours? As I described above if there are any unused ratings (which there should have been as long as you replied to the ad by clicking on "respond to ad" originally) they will be listed on your account page (not his). Though he should have one for you as well.


If for some reason it didnt get created when you responded originally (which I have heard of from time to time) then there really isnt a way to do so now since the seller has now marked the ad as sold.

As the previous responder also said when you view the ad there should also be a link to leave feedback as well (I think)....
