I would like to give a seller a perfect five star rating but I do not know to do this. It is not obvious to a newbe to Astromart as to what to click. Any suggestions?

On the left side of the screen is
My Account
The last selection is
Account Menu
Select that and it will take you to a new page.
Scroll down to
Unused Rating
And you are there.
One note: only completed transactions should be rated.
