User Not Coming Up on Unused Ratings

I had an excellent transaction with an Astromart user, Joe Angrisani.  He sold me a telescope after we exchanged several Astromart messages regarding his ad on Astromart.  I want to give him a 5 star rating as his communications, packing and shipping speed were fantastic.  But his name does not come up in the list of users that I can give a rating to.   Anyway to fix this?
