Why are my Classified Ad pictures turned sideways?

I've inserted a classified AD, but all my pictures have rotated backwards 90 degrees. I tried rotating then saving them on my computer before I uploaded, but no go. They were taken with my iPhone.

Thanks for asking, Keith, but no. I wonder if it has to do with the orientation of my iPhone when I took them. (But I rotated them before posting....) So I don't know. When I get a minute I might take some new ones and try again.

OK. Thanks. Yes, I've tried the same "pre-rotating" trick, but no luck. I'm going to search the FAQs. Hope there's an answer there.

Hi Robert,
The PhotoScape X did not help when I used it on my Windows 11 PC. I hope you had better luck.
However, I did figure out how to rotate my photos when editing my Astromart ad. I use a procedure similar to the PhotoScape idea of editing (rotating) photo and then saving to new file and re-uploading the rotated image.

1. Edit your ad.
2. Right click on small preview image and select "Edit Image." A simple photo editor will open in a pop-up.
3. Rotate photo to desired orientation and save. (On my PC it saved it as a .png file with a new name in my downloads folder.)
4. Close pop-up photo editor. (As long as you have already saved the file, disregard the warning about leaving without saving)
5. Back in the Ad editor, delete the old improperly rotated image and upload the correctly rotated image.
