At my University's Observatory we have a vintage (60's?) Celestron-Pacifica 10inch SCT. I was curious if anyone knew what the value of this scope might be. The optics are perfect and the OTA has some chips in the paint. The scope is mounted on its orginial Blue fork mount and pier both by celestron pacifica. I appreciate any ball park guesses.

I saw one of those sell on ebay about a 18 months ago for about $1700. I guess this is no indication of it's value but I thought I would let you know.
