AC Dew Heaters

Does anyone use or know of an AC Dew Heater system? Everyone that I have found has is DC. Even the kendrick systems I've seen run on DC only. I have a plug right by the pier in my observatory, so I don't want to have to put a battery in the building just to run a dew heater.

You can simply use a 110v to 12v converter. It plugs into your 110v electrical outlets, but then converts the power to a 12 volt output.

Then you can plug any 12 volt device into the convertor. You can get a 12 volt splitter so you can plug multiple 12 volt devices into it.

You can find them almost anywhere electrical supplies are sold...like Radio Shack, etc.
