alt az mount for E3 tripod?

I have an extra E3 metal tripod sans mount and was wondering what the best option might be for an alt az style mount for it.I want to keep the cost down and it would be for 3 or 4 inch refractor scopes only.

My favorite mount for short focal length 3 and 4 inch refractors is a small EQ mount with the Polar Axis pointing at the zenith. It makes a nice balanced "side-saddle mount" so it can be used like a DOB, point it and track by hand. One can also use the Slo mo controls to track smoothly at high magnifications...

The attached photo is of a 100mmF6 Achromat mounted on an Old Meade 4500 mount. It is good to 250x, currently I am using it with an ED-80.
