Astrosystems Comes Through

After more than a decade of fairly heavy use, the focuser on my 16" astrosystems structure began to fail and is in need of repair. I contacted Randy at astrosystems inquiring about the cost for an overhaul and much to my delight, he responded promptly that my focuser is covered by a lifetime warranty so the repairs will be done at no-charge. Randy is meticulous, dedicated and responsive. He provided many parts for my 29 Dob long ago and now for the 36 (diag mount, spider, GoTo, bearings...) and profuse pointers on building the scope. Tom
