I have a Meade LX200 10" scope and need some advice. Which filter(s) set should I buy, and why? Any advice given will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Thanks Mike,

I am taking notes!
Result of Rule #1: Dave will stay away from filter "packages". You just saved me wasting money on Meade's "package".
You are the second person tonight to recommend the #21 filter. It's a winner!

Thanks!

Best filter? I have tried them all. I have found on average the one filter that seems to work pretty good on just about all the planets is the Baader Moon/Skyglow filter. Extremely well made, and VERY reasonably priced to boot. Of course there are others that might be better at this, or better at that. But for just one filter it is a pretty solid choice.
