Brand new C11 OTA : WARNING !

To anyone who want to buy a brand new C11 OTA to put it in a former Ultima fork mount : THAT'S DOESN'T FIT ANYMORE. Celestron doesn't still have the the 2 big screws needed to fix the OTA on the older fork mount. Only the 2 screws for the new Nexstar brackets are available. I've just received my brand new C11 OTA and facing the situation.

OK, so they don't have the screws anymore. But couldn't they tell you the specs so you could pick up replacements from a hardware store or perhaps order them?

The new OTA have screws, but they are too close together. The screws on the former OTA are a lot more spaced. That's the problem.

I've solved my problem without having to drill new holes in the OTA.

A machinist has builted small aluminium brackets to fit the OTA into the Ultima forks mount.
