Celestron 80ED focuser upgrade

Saw the threads on the focusing problem. My question - I have a Celestron 80ED. I have examined the focuser and I cannot see how to remove the focuser (lots of plastic covering). I would like to upgrade the current focuser. Any suggests on how to remove the focuser and on an after market focuser that will fit without "modifications"?

I think www.focuser.com carries a focuser to fit your scope. They could probably tell you how to remove and replace the existing unit.
