Has anyone had any experience with how good Celestron's customer service is regarding sending the OTA in for cleaning/collimating?

Mike,
My scope came back after cleaning and collimation looking like new with as nearly perfect collimation as is humanly possible. It was about 7-8 days total time before it arrived back to me. This might have been a bit quick for service, of that I am not sure.
