I know that I've seen this information out on the web in the distant past, but I cannot seem to find it with a Google search (of course my query is probably exactly wrong, but ...) Anyway, I'm trying to build and program an autoguider/capture system for my U8PEC using the software my company writes. Why? Because I have access to some remarkably sensitive, cooled and EMCCD cameras (QImaging, Photometrics, Princeton Instruments) that I cannot wait to attach to my telescope to see what I can see. Using our software, I don't have to worry about writing capture drivers. Since FFT/cross correlation pattern matching is built into the software, autoguiding using some simple image processing techniques should be a snap.
What I need is the pinouts (the "shorting" pattern) for the six pins coming out of the hand controller. Anyone know of a website where I can find this information? Or perhaps someone with it buried in the recesses of their synapses?
