Dob to truss conversion-- who to contact?

Have a superb Discovery 10" f/4.5 scope. Great images, fast cool down, yada, yada, yada... but it's a monster, big and H-E-A-V-Y, and fills up too much of the car. I'm looking for someone to convert it to a truss (well, considering, ruminating about having someone do it...)

Alas, Rob Teeter is temporarily out of the biz, attending to senior year of college and then grad school (what's that, a life of his own? I thought he was ours).

Anyone else you can recommend?

Also, what do you think about the following weight goal?

I'd like it converted such that the heaviest component would be no more than [COLOR="Red"]15 pounds[/COLOR]. I think it's doable given that Tom Noe packages a 10" f/5 Teleport in a 30 pound total package. I'd be hoping to end up with, say, a 15 pound rocker, a 15 pound mirror box, and a10 pound secondary cage. Doable or not? What sayest thou?

since weight is so crucial for you, why not see if Sam Johnson of Johnsonian Telescopes can make a structure for you? The whole socpe in the 10 inch version weighs less than 19 lbs, mirror included.

T-Scopes sells a scope with out optics. They are light and well made.

You might want to contact James Grigar of Astrosky. I am sure he can work out something with you, and you will get a beautiful truss dob for $895.00, and perhaps less if you are supplying the spider, mirror cell, focuser, and mirrors. Astrosky is a Astromart sponsor.

Also, you might want to take a look at Twilight Moon Telescopes as well. He is building collapsible truss dobs which could very well suit your criteria. He's a bit more expensive, but they look very nice, and easy on the back. Twilight Moon Telescopes is also a Astromart sponser, but Chris does not have his website up yet, but he is taking orders. Just do an advanced search on AM. Ad #339898 I believe he is actually planning on building three 10" dobs right now, and his turn around time is only thirty days! (But don't quote me on that)
