Equipment upgrade review/advice

Hi, all. I'm new to Astromart and was hoping to get some input on a new rig I'm looking to purchase. I'm selling my current equipment (Celestron 130SLT and a 12" Zhummel dob) and stepping up to a Meade LX90. I'd like to do some photography as well as visual observing and have a telescope that my 3yr old son and I can enjoy for many years to come. 

I have a limited budget, so I'm trying to be smart about my future configuration. Here's my "wish list" that I was hoping to get some input on to see if I'm on the right track.

This puts me at right about $3000, which is pretty much as hight as I can go. 

Any input/advice you guys can provide would be hugely appreciated!
