Are there any suggestions for improving the finder scope mount on my CelestronGPS 9.25" SC? I have thought of securing the rubber gasket-type ring with a rubber adhesive to keep its position a bit more stable. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

I would replace it with the quick disconect dove tail type mount. I did this with mine on the NS8GPS. I just did not like the original mount at all.

The Losmandy RDF65 is a great finder mount bracket. Highly recommended.
