Hi,

Does anyone know who the owner of FocusKnobs.com is (and are they an AstroMart member)?

I'm having a little customer service problem with them and they haven't responded to my email, and today it seems as if their website won't load.

Lou Jackson of FocusKnobs here. I had taken a (short) vacation and have already contacted Alan. For some reason my Outlook "Out of Office" automatic reply wasn't working.

Just to let everyone know, FocusKnobs is alive and well - it's just that the owner (me) needed a short break.
