Homeyer Filter Wheel

I’m looking for an adapter that would convert the threaded (female) ports of my Andy Homeyer filter wheel to (preferably) T2. 
The threads used on the filter wheel are 1.375” I.D. X 40tpi. 
I’m looking for any adapter that would fit these threads and convert to any standard thread that I can obtain. Haven’t been able to find anything that fits the unique thread  size Andy used on his excellent filter wheel.

This image shows the filter wheel and the only adapter that I have for one side of the wheel - it’s 1.375”x40tpi to T2. 
I don’t have any type adapter for the other side of the wheel, hence, I’ve been unable to use the wheel. I picked up this wheel years ago on Astromart, but haven’t been able to find an adapter.
