Image scale?

Is image scale the same for all scopes at the same magification? For example is the image scale of Saturn @ 100x the same in a 4" refractor or 25" Dobsonian?

Is the image scale of Saturn @ 100x the same in a 4" F5 as a 4" F15?

Yep. Magnification determines image scale - it's what magnification means, really.
