I have an Celestron Diagonal 1 1/4 "94115-A

The chrom part that goes into the visual back is loose and twirles. With a 32 Plossal it swings around from gravity. I tried screwing it in but it doesn't tighten. Can I fix it or do I need a new one?

thanks howard

Howard,
Celestron will usually replace it free of charge. One of mine also broke, dropping my 30mm Ultima to the concrete. They replaced the diagonal AND EYEPIECE with no questions asked. Nice... They're a great bunch of people to work with if you have a problem. Just give them a call. -Kurt Horsley
