lx200 mirror lock down non gps

i would like to reinstall the mirror "lock" bolt originally used for shipping on an older lx200 but i am not sure i can locate the original bolt. does anyone know what the dimensions of this bolt are?

It's a standard 1/4" coarse threaded bolt-- I don't recall the length off-hand. You can probably find this dimension on-line via a search (especially since many have used the bolt hole for a mirror lock-up), at the MAPUG archives, or the Meade web site.

Alternatively, since the bolts cost a nickel or less at the hardware store, you can buy a couple of different lengths and try until you get the right one. (I think it is between 1.5-2").
