Hi All,

Does anyone have any advice regarding these? I would like to try it in my C9.25 but before I get one I'd like to hear some users opinions first.

Thanks and Clear Skies,

Steve

I've used one in a C9.25 for a couple years.
It helps alot, but is not 100% solution to SCT
thermal issues. It will dramatically shorten
cool-down times and help to "catch up" to
falling night time external temperatures.
But tube currents will sometimes re-appear
10 or 15 minutes after removing it, as temperatures
continue to fall. I think a better solution
would be some arrangement of fan(s) that allows
continued cooling and air mixing while observing.
(But I've not tried cutting any holes in the scope
yet.... too bad Celestron does not include these.)
