Hello Guys. Looking for help to see before i get into this if someone did this before. I want to take my classic 7" meade anbd put it on a lx200 8" gps mount. The meade i have is a classic. the ota is perfect but the mount is old and does not work great at all. bought a 8" meade with gps mount. the tubes are the same dia. the tube mounts are a bit different. the 7" is about an 1 or so longer. not sure about the dia of the attachments. I have a 3d printer i could make new ones if i really have to. Any thoughts before i get into it? I know some of you guys must of done this...
