I'm thinking of purchasing a mid-90s 10" lx200 from a friend and was wondering if someone could help me with a couple of questions:

1) How does this model compare to the new ones? (Optical and mechanical quality, mount stability and tracking accuracy)
2) What would be a reasonable price for the following, altogether:

Meade 10" LX200 - Older model from mid 90s Meade Piggy back camera mount Meade Counterweight JMI Crayford focuser Orion "Dew Zapper"
Meade dew shield
Meade heavy duty equatorial mount
Telrad
Meade tripod
Meade 26mm and 15mm eyepieces
Meade standard 1-1/4" diagonal
AC adaptor
Cigarette lighter cable

Thanks!

A while back I sold a similar rig for $1500. My scope was pretty nice...I never once collimated it, and the goto and tracking was dead on. Overall I thought the optics were very good.
