Does anyone think Meade will counter the new modular Nexstars?

By modular do you mean upgrade ability? I have long wondered if the big players would start producing a scope that was, as you put it, modular. Meade is suffering from its vast product diversity. I've been in this hobby for close on thirty years and think the descisions faced by the scope buying public are nothing short of bewildering.
